The total success fee, billed only when your new hire signs. Start-up and presentation fees are deducted, so the final invoice is the success fee minus what you've already paid.

Charged once we've delivered three shortlisted, interview-ready candidates. Also deducted from the final fee.

2.5× monthly salary

On signed offer

Calculated from the hired candidate's gross monthly salary. Start-up and presentation fees are subtracted — you never pay twice.
